I've been playing 4 In A Row for a few hours total and I seem to lose to the CPU very often even on Easy setting. Today I found a way to beat the CPU on both Easy and Harder mode. You will always win if you are given the first to move. So here's the trick. Follow these pictures to win (Assuming you are with Black Chips). The AI isn't too smart after all.
