1. extract cwcheats to hard drive
2. copy SEplugins folder to PSP memory stick in root

3. Open SEplugin\Cwcheat, you see CHEAT.DB, open in text editor and remove any cheats you don't want or replace with the one you have from internet
4. Start PSP, enter into game, hold select for 3 seconds, then enable cheat (N to Y)
