Install hacked apps using .ipa version instead of .zip with the folders and files in it. A .ipa version is what iTunes recognize and can be easily dragged into iTunes applications section and transferred (synced) to your phone with all the necessary permissions automatically setup for you. Plus you can easily remove the app from your iPhone wiggly screen. You can't remove the app from the wiggly screen if you installed it via WinSCP or DiskAid. Also if your app happen to no longer startup, you can remove it, and reinstall using iTunes applications check box in Devices/Applications tab.
